This exhaust fan has a clean look with bright light. Sound level is higher than expected for a 1-sone fan. The installation is smooth but I won't say it's easy. The manual is very clear with few different ways to do the job.
For the circuit part, some old house might not have clear color code for connecting. I have 2 switches from the old one, one for fan, the other is heater. So I just need to assign 1 for the new fan and the other for the new light.
The connector is the plug-in box and very easy to work with, 5 wires plug in and the electricity work done. But don't do that if you don't even know which one is hot.
Only issue for me is my vent hose is 4 in diameter and their 6 in one can't come along. I end up my 3D print a 6 in to 4 in adapter and duct tape on it.
To put the light with cover on it is very easy, just bend the wires and push into the gap. This took me only 2 mins and don't need any tools. The hard part is to plug in 2 of the cover wires into the socket. It is because the wires are too short to work with, and I spent much time on finding the right angle to work with.
This is over all a great product. It will be perfect if the wires can be a little longer. Maybe also can come with a 6 to 4 inch vent hose adapter, not a necessary for me though.
